Users have been reporting the last few days that images on pages that allow customisation IE Userlookups, Shop Fronts Pet Pages, have been unable to load.

It appears that something is causing the URL site portion of the images to be stripped from the code in Neopets. This also includes Neopets hosted images as well.

It is possible that this could be due to work being done on converting these pages over to the new layout, or its just a glitch in some code being worked on elsewhere that is corrupting it.

This will mean that for now if you are using any of our custom layouts, the codes themselves and images are correct.
We suggest that you leave the code there for now until TNT address the current issues of Neopets stripping URLs from images in the site.

TNT to date hasn’t commented on this situation, but we will update you as soon as we hear more!
