Today TNT have posted an announcement addressing community concerns regarding inclusivity and moderation policies.

They affirmed their support for the LGBTQIA+ community and expressed zero tolerance for transphobia and hate. Acknowledging that recent actions may have caused hurt, they apologized and committed to fostering a supportive environment. The team plans to review and update moderation policies, provide clearer chat guidelines, retrain moderators, ensure consistent enforcement, and gather community feedback. They encouraged users to report offensive content and assured that all suggestions are being considered for meaningful change.

It is a positive announcement that means that current postings on the Neoboards are going to be moderated appropriately. A lot of the community have felt that they haven’t been supported when reporting harmful and insensitive behaviour across Neopets and we feel this is the right step.
