Neopets Alerts Change – What you may have missed!

For those who may have missed the News posted on the 21st April, TNT announced that due to recent site load issue they have temporarily turned off Notifications in the Alerts tab. This includes, Trudy’s Surprise, Neomails and any other notifications that would normally appear under this tab. You can read the notice below:
“Hello Neopians! We know site lag has been frustrating lately, and we truly appreciate you sticking with us as we work behind the scenes to improve performance. As part of these efforts, automated alerts (including Trudy’s Surprise notifications and others in the Alerts tab) have been temporarily disabled.
We’ll continue monitoring site performance and share any updates as they come. “
We don’t know at this stage when the alerts will be turned back on, however we would encourage you to ensure that you bookmark the Event Inbox page, so you can view any notifications you may be missing. You can access this page as well as the news post of the above in the below links:
